Known issues in 8.0

These Calendar and Scheduler issues are known in release 8.0, and are planned to be fixed or improved in a later release.

Area	Issue in 8.0	Workaround
All-day appointments	All-day appointments aren't shown in Day or Week view.	Use Month view to see them.
Auto-decline message	The message reads "…as is out of the office", with a missing word.	None needed; the meaning is clear.
My Calendar wizard	In the narrow side panel, the Cancel button shows an Undo icon.	Close the wizard with the X at the top right.
Travel time rules	Travel time isn't adjusted automatically to meet the appointment type's rule.	Choose a preset duration that meets the rule, see Booking appointments in My Calendar.
Booking wizard	The Add Costs step is shown even when the appointment type doesn't allow costs.	Click Save or Save & Close on the Add Costs step.

Other limitations in this release

• Business hours are fixed at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and can't be changed.
• Travel time can't be typed in; only the auto-calculated duration or a preset can be used.
• The Scheduler doesn't warn about clashes when an appointment is dragged.
• The Scheduler can't be printed.
• Scheduler preferences are saved per web browser, not per user.
